These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ContractForgeAI platform, including Opportunity Forge, RFP Forge, Talent Intel, and Vantage (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Farfield Labs, LLC ("Farfield Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The Services provide AI-assisted tools for government contracting workflows, including opportunity discovery, proposal drafting, recruiting and candidate management, and pipeline tracking. The Services are provided as a modular platform — you may subscribe to one or more individual products, or the full bundle, as described on our pricing page.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for use by your organization's personnel; you may not share login credentials across unrelated organizations.
You retain ownership of the data and content you or your organization submit to the Services ("Customer Data"), including company profiles, past performance records, candidate data, and proposal content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services on your behalf. Our AI features generate output strictly grounded in your own organization's verified Customer Data — we do not use your confidential Customer Data to train models shared across other customers.

We own all right, title, and interest in the Services, including our software, branding, and AI models, excluding your Customer Data. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
The Services rely on third-party providers, including Supabase, Resend, OpenAI, Stripe, and Dropbox Sign, and integrate with public government data sources such as SAM.gov. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services or public data sources.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content (including proposal drafts and match recommendations) is a drafting aid and does not substitute for your own review, judgment, and compliance verification before submission to any government agency or use in any contractual or hiring decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farfield Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately in cases of security risk or unlawful use. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and closing your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@contractforgeai.com to attempt informal resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis only (no class or representative actions), except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a revised "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
